  Draw close to Jehovah.

  my parents sent me this book in the mail, i actually was hoping it would be some valiums or vicodans but it was a society book called "draw close to jehovah".

  with a heart wrentching letter from my mother to return to the "truth".. i have read a few pages of this book, started from the begining, and i haven't read no society pulications for at least over 10 years.

  i have found no new information in this book except for a few personal viewpoints, like the mentioning of jehovah having been alive for billions of years.

  if you have the 1975 yearbook it is chocked full of information which truly makes the fds look like a bunch of very uninspired men.

  grasping at any thing to signify gods favour in them.. if you have the time read that yearbook it's enlightening.. * yb75 pp.

  my inactive jw hubby said he thought that babies/children too young to choose their beliefs would be brought back after armageddon in the jw belief system.

  i have read the opposite on this board.

  my husband hasn't been to a meeting in quite awhile and i don't think he paid too much attention when he was there ... lol ... so i thought i'd ask.

  can you imagine jesus sitting around with a bunch of men grilling someone; perhaps a young woman about something private or sexual ?
